The SMB must be visible at a long distance. The bright color of this buoy is clearly visible even during unfavorable weather conditions and complies with the requirements of the maritime visibility standards, even with the one side being black in colour. This SMB equipped with a special reflective tape along the top of the SMB as well as along the side to increase visibility. This SMB can inflated via 2 methods: oral inflation via a nozzle or by standard regulator exhalation. Comes with a dump valve for easy release of air. Has a magnetic closure system at the bottom of the SMB to ensure that air remains in the SMB when orally inflating. Comes with a bungee loop and velcro straps to hold SMB together when rolled up.
